4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account, tokens, credentials, and access to connected services. If you believe your account or workspace token has been compromised, contact us promptly.

5. Service levels

Guru Core is provided on a best-endeavours basis. We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee or service level agreement in the MVP stage.

6. Data and operations

Guru Core may store workspace, deployment, mailbox, and operational metadata needed to deliver the service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Guru Core is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Email Nerds Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
